Rodrigo brings 25+ years in the financial services sector, including 22 years at BBVA in senior leadership roles with responsibilities across Mexico, Asia, and Latin America. He has led growth, transformation, and business development in highly competitive markets - working with leadership teams to scale businesses, strengthen customer experience, and build resilient organizations.
Henrik Elsig Andersen - Partner, Middle East & Denmark
Henrik is a Partner at Amrop both in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia & UAE) and in Denmark. He specializes in Leadership Assessment, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Development programs for senior executives and teams across both private and public sectors.
Henrik's career includes experience at several global executive search organizations. He now rejoins Amrop, where he previously led the global Leadership Services Practice and was a member of Amrop’s Global Board. Earlier in his career, Henrik held leadership roles in international consulting firms and served as a Business Psychologist in the Danish Defense.
Christian Axberg - Parter, Sweden
Christian has 15+ years of experience as a consultant and leader in digital transformation, business transformation, program/project management and business system development.
In his most recent role as CIO at Northvolt, he helped build and lead the business-oriented IT capabilities globally in all parts of the business. Christian has worked in digital and technology roles across various industries in the Nordics and internationally including Consumer & Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Financial Services.
Erika Alejos - Partner, Peru
Erika has three decades of experience in leadership roles and consulting across multiple sectors.
