Henrik is a Partner at Amrop, active in our Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Denmark offices.

He brings over 25 years of experience in the assessment and development of leaders, leadership teams, and organizations across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

Prior to his current role, Henrik was a partner at Heidrick & Struggles. Before that, he was a partner at Amrop Denmark, where he played a key role in establishing the Amrop Leadership Services concept. He also led Amrop’s global Leadership Services Practice and was a member of Amrop’s Global Board.

Earlier in his career, Henrik held roles with several international consulting firms and served as a Business Psychologist in the Danish Defense.

Today, Henrik focuses exclusively on leadership assessment, executive coaching, and leadership development programs across both the private and public sectors.
