Alberto has held senior leadership positions in global companies such as Newmont, Gold Fields, and Minsur, where he led strategic projects, corporate development initiatives across the Americas, and the end-to-end management of mining operations portfolios in Peru and Brazil. He brings a comprehensive understanding of the mining lifecycle - from opportunity assessment and business development to operations, organizational transformation, and long-term capability building - both as an executive and as an Independent Director.

Nam brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, legal and compliance areas, gained as a lawyer in Luxembourg and Paris. He was formerly Office Head of Financial Services and Regulatory at Norton Rose Fulbright Luxembourg, where he advised financial institutions, insurance companies, asset managers and multinational groups on banking and finance, regulatory matters, securitization transactions, and investment funds, including private equity, real estate and infrastructure vehicles.

Warwick began his career in executive search in London in 2000. In 2009, he founded and exited Australia's first carbon & ESG search firm. Later, he founded the Future Directors Institute and Startup Boardroom to teach governance to emerging leaders and founders. He also co-founded GRAIA, a global network of AI leaders from 30+ countries. Warwick has served as Non-Executive for the United Nations in Australia for a decade and remains Co-Chair of the UN Climate Committee.

Heikki is an experienced Executive Search Consultant with 20+ years experience and knowledge across senior positions within Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and B2B services and Consulting. His specialties include Board and General Management, Digitalization, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, Purchasing, Medical, Quality and Business development.

Mads has worked 20 years in Management Consulting for companies like PwC, Booz Allen Hamilton and Valcon where he has served as a Partner in the M&A, Strategy and Turnaround Practice Areas. In this capability Mads has successfully executed hundreds of projects around the world with a special focus on his core sectors and including Private Equity as a key client group. In addition to this Mads has also served as senior executive in ISS World Services undertaking both commercial areas and M&A.
