Marzena leads Poland's Financial Services and Scandinavian Desk practice, supporting Scandinavian companies across various sectors operating in Poland and the broader region. She brings years of senior managerial experience in international banking, including serving as General Manager at Handelsbanken. She is a Member of the Board of the Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce in Poland and Vice-Chair of the Swedish Business Board.

Nils brings a strong track record across Financial Services and Fintech, most recently as Country Head DACH B2C at Raisin and as Co-Managing Director/CEO at Savedo, where he played a key role in building and scaling innovative digital savings and investment platforms. He has built a robust and trusted network in the DACH financial sector, bridging traditional banking and cutting-edge fintech solutions. He brings strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks as well as experience in ESG and digitalization initiatives.

Julianna has more than 20 years’ experience advising and being a strategic ally to local and foreign clients - CEO’s, board members, family businesses, corporations and individuals - especially in the areas of: corporate, real estate, tourism, intellectual property, foreign investments, securities market, asset organization, family protocols, corporate governance, patrimonial and organizational structures, among others.

Juan Carlos has spearheaded Leadership Development for 39 years as a consultant specializing in Cultural Transformation, an executive coach, and a speaker across 30 countries. He has previously worked at multinational companies such as Honeywell, Arthur Andersen, Coopers & Lybrand, HayGroup, and ManpowerGroup, and has advised more than 1,000 organizations. He serves as Honorary President of the Spanish Coaching Association (AECOP), and is the author of numerous of books and articles on Leadership and Management.
