"Marzena leads Poland's Financial Services and Scandinavian Desk practice, supporting Scandinavian companies across various sectors operating in Poland and the broader region.

She brings many years of senior managerial experience in international banking, including serving as General Manager at Handelsbanken. She has overseen the full spectrum of banking operations, business development, restructuring initiatives, and the implementation of digital and IT solutions within complex local and European regulatory environments.

For over two decades, she has been actively engaged in the Scandinavian business community. She is a Member of the Board of the Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce in Poland and Vice-Chair of the Swedish Business Board.

She holds a degree in Scandinavian Studies from the Jagiellonian University, completed postgraduate studies in economics, and earned an MBA from the Polish Academy of Sciences in cooperation with the London School of Economics."
