We are looking for a Talent Sourcer with AI Proficiency to join our team in Riga, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to revolutionize talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Headhunting and candidate engagement: Actively search for potential candidates using AI tools and traditional sourcing methods, initiate contact, introduce relevant job opportunities and make initial assessment of candidates
  • Communication & coordination: Maintain professional communication with candidates through meetings, calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Market research & data analysis: Conduct market research, gather insights on industry trends, and use AI-driven tools to analyze recruitment data to support decision-making.
  • Recruitment operations support: Assist in preparing reports, organizing recruitment documents, and helping with reference checks and background verifications.
  • Process improvement & AI integration: Learn and experiment with AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency in sourcing and recruitment, while contributing ideas to improve existing processes.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Understanding of digital tools and AI: Familiarity with AI-driven platforms, data research, or digital tools used in business or recruitment.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or sourcing is beneficial but not required: We welcome candidates with transferable skills from other fields who are eager to develop in this area.
  • Good communication skills: Ability to engage with candidates, write clear emails, and collaborate with different teams.
  • Organized and proactive: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, stay detail-oriented, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English: Strong verbal and written skills in both languages.
