As Research Associate, Farmehr supports the entire lifecycle of the executive search process, including market research, candidate identification, executive interviews, reference check calls and client meetings.

Certified by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), Farmehr serves as an expert in the research process, including knowledge of search sources, industries and markets, organizational structures, and companies. She writes and reviews client deliverables such as position specifications, candidate reports, and assignment status updates. She also provides business development support to senior management by delivering market intelligence. 

Prior to joining Amrop, Farmehr worked as a communication specialist at MAHAK Hospital in Tehran, Iran. She started her career as a journalist, where she studied Social Sciences.

She holds a Master’s degree in Learning and Communication in Multilingual and Multicultural Contexts at the University of Luxembourg.

She is bilingual in Persian and English. She also speaks French and has a fair understanding of German and Luxembourgish.
