Yasumichi Mori has been serving as an executive search consultant at Amrop Jomon Associates since joining the firm in 2013, where he has been actively engaged not only in Executive Search but also in Board Services and Leadership Advisory.

He has a proven track record of addressing a wide range of organizational and human resource challenges, including succession planning issues, for global enterprises spanning both Japanese and multinational corporations.

Prior to joining Amrop Jomon Associates, Mori held various leadership roles at Sony Corporation, including five years in Paris, where he served as Assistant General Manager for the European Business Unit, focusing on business controlling.

He began his career at Tokyo Steel Co. where he developed a strong foundation in finance, and later worked at Sun Microsystems K.K., specializing in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

Mori holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Hitotsubashi University.
