For over 20 years Will Hauxwell has delivered on senior mandates across Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking and Private Banking.

Will began his career in London within Financial Markets, before moving the Middle East in 2005, witnessing, and being part of, the Gulf's rapid economic ascent. As one of the longest serving executive search professionals in the Middle East, Will enjoys a vast network of clients and candidates alike, as a result. This has helped him develop close partnerships and ties with some of the most significant Sovereign Wealth Funds, Family Offices and Global Financial Institutions in the Middle East.

Not only has he completed numerous senior level assignments within executive search, Will has also advised these varied clients on strategic growth plans, succession planning, market intelligence projects and leadership consulting.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Will's interests include nearly all sports but especially football, rugby, tennis and cricket. He is also a keen off-roading enthusiast and father of 3 quite unruly children.

Will holds a BA in History from The University of Warwick in the UK.
