Ursula is Senior Associate at Amrop Austria with a focus on the Consumer & Retail, Industrial and Life Sciences sectors.

Ursula has around two years of experience in the Human Resources field as an HR Generalist in a leading international market research firm, where she handled the entire talent acquisition process, managing both national and international placements.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management as well as a certificate in adult education training from the FHWien der WKW.

Especially during her work in talent acquisition, she discovered her passion for this field and decided to pursue her career in Executive Search.
