Stella is a Consultant at Amrop Korea with over 20 years of Human Resources experience across multinational organizations. She advises clients on Executive Search and Leadership Services, with a strong focus on building high-performing leadership teams and enabling sustainable business transformation.

Prior to joining Amrop, Stella served as Senior Talent Manager at Richemont, where she led strategic Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives. She has also held senior Human Resources roles at global organizations such as Johnson Controls and Korn/Ferry, including Automotive and HR Consulting, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and leadership capability.

In Executive Search, she partners with clients to identify and place senior leaders across industries, with particular strength in Human Resources, General Management, and Corporate Functions.

In Leadership Services, Stella works at the intersection of leadership and transformation—delivering executive coaching, leadership assessment, and organizational development solutions. She is a certified professional coach (KPC) accredited by the Korea Coach Association, and is recognized for integrating coaching-based approaches into leadership advisory to accelerate individual and organizational performance.
