Partner Ronny Nilsen has over 20 years of experience as a leader at various levels in the police, government, municipalities, and top-level sports/organizations. His leadership expertise ranges from working with high-performing teams to managing larger companies. He has many years of experience in recruitment and leadership development within his own organization, as well as in executive search/recruitment of senior leaders for both the private and public sectors. This includes state agencies and municipal organizations, with service areas in HR/administration, education, healthcare, communications, finance, and technical services.

Nilsen is a DNV-certified recruiter and is certified in various assessment tools approved by DNV.

He also has experience as a coach for leaders and has led and participated in leadership development programs for both public and private organizations. He has been an instructor and speaker in the police force and is certified as an Elite Coach in performance management through Olympiatoppen, having completed a two-year program at the University of South-Eastern Norway.
