Prashant is a Partner at Amrop India. He leads the Technology, Professional Services and GCC industry practices at Amrop India. Prashant works across leadership advisory and search offerings.

Prashant brings strong technology and business consulting experience, having worked with Accenture, KPMG and IBM as Partner and Managing Director for almost 2 decades. Most recently he has been in entrepreneurial and start-up CEO roles in the Digital and BPO domains.

Prashant has deep interests in Agentic and AI and builds and uses agentic solutions for advisory and search.

His consulting experience is across Strategy, Customer experience, Operations & Supply chain, Digital, and Analytics. Industries and clients he has served have been in Consumer goods, Retail and Professional Services. Prashant was among the founding partners for Accenture Analytics and Accenture Digital and lead the Analytics practices for Accenture and KPMG in India.

Prashant is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Roorkee and an MBA from the University of Mumbai.
