Philip has 10 years of experience in executive search, hiring leaders across a variety of sectors and geographies for public, private, and governmental organisations.

He began his search career at Lancor in Brussels, focusing on technology, telecom, and media companies in Europe and North America. He then spent four years in London at Erevena, working with venture backed startups and private equity portfolio companies.

Philip holds a BSc from TU Dublin and a master's in International Business Economics and Management from KU Leuven.
