Paula Vergara joined Amrop in 2009 as Senior Consultant and became Partner in 2016.

For nine years Paula worked for important multinational companies in the telecommunications and FMCG industries. Paula began her career in Terra Networks, where she worked for almost four years, being her last appointment Customer Relation Product Manager. Later, she worked for over five years for L’Oreal Chile. She held different positions - starting as Product Manager - the last of which was as Marketing Manager for Yves Saint Laurent Beauté and Oscar de la Renta Perfumes.

Paula holds a BA in Business Administration from Universidad Marítima de Chile.

She is fluent both in Spanish and English.
