Nataliia Ivoniak joined Amrop Ukraine in 2018 and has since grown from a Researcher to a Partner, leading high-impact projects across Executive Search, Board Services, and Leadership Consulting.

Over the years, Nataliia has successfully delivered 90+ executive search and leadership assignments across both Ukrainian and international markets, partnering with C-level leaders and boards across Europe and Asia. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including Financial Services & Banking, Technology & Digital, FMCG, Industrial, Energy & Utilities, Real Estate, Life Sciences & Pharma, as well as Government & Public Sector.

She has played a key role in landmark searches for national champions, international growth-stage tech firms, and public governance institutions, including assignments involving the appointment of independent board members for state-owned enterprises. Nataliia has participated in regional searches in the Baltics, CEE, and Asia, and she was selected to join the Amrop Explorers global leadership program in 2021.

Her work focuses on critical leadership roles in general management, business transformation, strategy, finance, HR, and technology functions. Nataliia is known for her deep analytical approach, ability to connect business ambition with leadership potential, and strong insight into cross-sector trends.

Nataliia holds a Master’s degree with honors in International Economics from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.
