As an Executive Partner of Sales, Naoshi Takazawa leads projects across a diverse range of industries and roles, dedicated to connecting companies striving to enhance corporate value with top-tier talent shaping Japan’s future. He is committed to contributing to society through these efforts.

Prior to joining Amrop Jomon Associates, began a career at Mitsubishi Bank (now MUFG), initially handling corporate sales at branch offices. Later he transitioned to the group’s securities firm, specializing in investment banking with a focus on M&A advisory, followed by strategic planning roles at the bank’s headquarters, supporting the growth of large corporations and mid-sized enterprises.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Meiji University.
