Moe Shibata joined Amrop Jomon Associates in 2017, where she executes corporate functions assignments across Industrial and Consumer & Retail sector.

With over 10 years’ experience in Executive Search, she has worked with multi-national companies as well as Japanese companies, placing senior professionals with aspiration.

Through her work, Moe observed big changes of employment environment in Japan and aims to support the management efforts to transformation of Japanese companies.

Before joining Amrop, Moe worked for a global executive search firm. During her time there, she conducted search engagements primarily in Industrial sector. Before entering the world of executive search she started her career at a trading company, engaged in infrastructure investment projects in US and Middle East.

Moe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Human Studies from Kyoto University and an MBA from Waseda University.
