Solid expertise based on successful completion of a large number of assignments for international and domestic clients especially in the Industry sector makes him an experienced project leader in Executive Search for Supply Chain & Operations Officers and Digital & Technology Officers.

During his professional career in various industries including consulting he gained relevant experience necessary for Executive Search and Strategic Talent Acquisition projects. He focuses also on development of new business leads across the wide range of industries.

He is a key part of the partner team not only in establishing relationships with new clients, but mainly in maintaining long-lasting, mutually beneficial and strong partnerships with existing clients. He holds a university degree in Human Resources Management. He joined the team in 2008.

Michal complements the team of consultants and provides expert advice to the clients in various projects involving establishment and optimization of HR processes. He is an experienced consultant in the areas of market research and analysis and provides invaluable support to the Leadership Assessment projects and organizational consulting.

Prior to joining Amrop Michal worked for one of the leading international Transport & Logistics provider for several years. He specialized in air cargo transportation.
