Max Vicuña is Managing Partner at Amrop in Chile. He founded the chilean office in 1994 becoming one of the pioneer executive search firms in Chile.

He has a large experience in finance/economic areas in public and private sector. For over four years, Max served as Vice-Chairman of the Chilean Securities and Insurance Commission. Afterwards, he became the Chilean Agent of the Prudential Securities Financial Group.

He has been a Professor at MBA Programs for different universities in Chile. Currently, Max is a Senior Advisor at Endeavor Chile, a non-profit organization whose mission is to select, mentor and accelerate the best high-impact entrepreneurs.

Max graduated as a Sociologist from the University of Louvain, Belgium and holds a master’s degree in Economics at Boston University, USA.

He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
