Marlene is the Office Manager at Amrop Rosin and has more than thirty years of executive search experience.

Prior to Amrop Rosin, Marlene was a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the President, Canada with Korn Ferry, where her focus was the Canadian CEO and Board practice. Her search experience has encompassed a broad range of industries and roles. Marlene also spent over three years in Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consulting practice where she obtained certification in their online assessment tool. Previously, she worked as an Executive Assistant with Heidrick & Struggles and began her career in search with Spencer Stuart.

Prior to her search career, Marlene worked with two broker/dealer firms where she obtained her Canadian Securities Course certification.
