Maisy is a Consultant at Amrop in Duesseldorf, working across the Industrial and Automotive segments.

Before joining Amrop, she completed her dual studies at the private German University for Prevention and Health Management in 2020 and took over the Regional Management of her corporate partner Terra Sports at the same time. She managed a branch in Essen during her studies.

Then she moved to a neurology practice with seven neurologists and a psychiatrist as practice manager, where she took on the task of putting together a new practice team. After successfully completing this and finding great pleasure in recruiting, she moved to the Godwood Group in Essen, a trading company for sustainable promotional products and hydroponics for office spaces. As an in-house recruiter, she focused on positions in Sales, Finance, Administration, Project Management, Management Assistance, IT, E-Commerce, Online Marketing Management and Product Data Management.

Apart from recruiting, she was also responsible for conducting interviews and was active in HR-Management. As HR-Manager, she carried out Onboarding and planned Get-togethers, as connecting with each other is very important to her.

Maisy used to be a passionate swimmer, which is why sport plays a big role in her life. After finishing her competitive swimming career, she started playing handball successfully. She ended her career in 2020 without injury so that she could concentrate more on her job.

Today, she is passionate about road cycling, enjoys jogging long distances and going to yoga.

When her body needs a break from sport, she likes to grab books or a canvas with brushes and paint to give her creativity space.

Traveling is also a passion of hers, which is why she went to Australia for a year of work and travel after graduating from high school.

After a year, she traveled to New Zealand for a month and then through Southeast Asia for two and a half months.
