Magda Clipaciuc is a member of Amrop’s Global Life Sciences Practice and Global Leadership Advisory Practice groups. She has more than 17 years of experience in executive search & leadership advisory and extensive knowledge of the life science and industrial sectors, especially in Romania and Bulgaria. Magda has completed numerous senior-level searches for diverse clients with a strong component of transformation locally as well as in the CEE region.

Prior to joining Amrop, Magda worked for the affiliate office of Korn/Ferry in Romania, as Senior Consultant with a focus on life science and industrial markets.

In Executive Search, functions wise she mainly works with General Management, C-suite, Commercial and Scientific, Access and Regulatory.

In Leadership Advisory Services, Magda has worked with Leadership & Management Assessment, Talent Scouting & Succession Planning, Assessment based Coaching and facilitation of Peer2Peer Coaching. She is certified in Hogan Assessments and in P2P Coaching.

She holds an Executive Development Program Certificate from IMD School of Business, a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Communication from the University of Bucharest Romania.
