Commencing his career in law and finance before moving into executive and specialist recruitment, Luke rose to executive leadership roles with a number of blue-chip Talent Advisory and Recruitment businesses prior to co-founding and founding a number of highly successful boutique executive search firms.

Luke has a consistent and successful track record in delivering executive search assignments for CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CPOs, CFOs, CMOs and Growth/Sales Executives within the Technology Sector.

He is also an enthusiastic participant in the Australian tech startup community – taking an active personal interest as an Angel Investor and Advisor to early stage and rapidly scaling businesses.
