I am a consultant at Amrop Jomon Associates. Before joining Amrop Jomon Associates, I worked at JFE Steel Corporation, one of the world's leading steel manufacturers. After gaining experience in recruitment, training, and other human resources functions, I primarily engaged in sales within the automotive industry. As a sales leader, I spearheaded cross-departmental operations for major OEM manufacturers. Later, in the company-wide sales planning department, I took on responsibilities such as PSI management, market analysis, and sales strategy, playing a key role in driving the sales division.
Since transitioning to Amrop Jomon Associates, I have been working as an executive search consultant, assisting professionals across various industries in discovering new business opportunities with leading Japanese companies.
My core strength lies in leveraging my hybrid career experience in human resources and sales to offer tailored solutions that meet the needs of both clients and candidates.
Among the many challenges companies face, issues related to "people" are undoubtedly becoming increasingly critical. In such an era, I was drawn to the value and role of a search firm—creating meaningful connections between companies and dynamic leaders to address human-related challenges and, by extension, fundamental management issues.
