Kiara Tyler is the Director, Marketing & Communications at Amrop Rosin Calgary, where she leads the firm’s marketing, brand, and communications initiatives. With a focus on building brand awareness and strengthening the firm’s presence in the market, she oversees digital marketing, social media, website strategy, events, and thought leadership, including The Ampersand, the firm’s blog. She also co-hosts The Ampersand: Unplugged podcast, exploring leadership, talent, and the human side of business through candid conversations with leaders and industry experts.
Prior to joining Amrop Rosin, Kiara spent seven years at Pekarsky & Co., where she helped build the marketing function from the ground up. During her time there, she played a key role in shaping the firm’s brand identity, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and creating content that strengthened engagement and elevated its voice in the market. At Amrop Rosin, she brings this experience to the firm’s evolving brand and growth strategy, combining strategic thinking with a creative, human-centred approach to communications.
Kiara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Mount Royal University, where a semester abroad in Australia sparked her love of travel and different cultures. She later completed her MBA at the University of Calgary in 2023, further strengthening her strategic and leadership capabilities.
Outside of work, Kiara enjoys staying active, travelling, and exploring new culinary experiences. These days, much of her time outside the office is spent keeping up with her young son, who is a year and a half old.
