When I was working at a bank, I was transferred from the human resources department to the planning department. Later, I was told by the top management that the transfer to human resources was a stepping stone for the assignment to the plan. "In the current situation where human resources are limited, there is no point in planning any number of empty theories on the desk."
And, I remember being humbled by the management's awareness of the harsh reality and their passion for personnel assignment and training.
Limited human resources, a business environment that requires rapid change and responsiveness.
However, even in such an environment, I have seen leaders who lead their teams to achieve their goals with constant effort and strong will.
I believe that such passionate "people" who are serious about improving their teams and themselves are the ultimate weapon for solving management issues that transcend the boundaries of the organization.
