Based in Malaysia and China, Joyce Huang brings over 15 years of experience in talent advisory, business building, and cross-cultural management. She began her executive search career in 2007, progressing from researcher to partner at a contingency-based search firm. She later refined her expertise as an Associate at Amrop China in 2014, supporting senior-level searches across the consumer and industrial sectors.

In 2017, Joyce transitioned into entrepreneurship, becoming the business owner of The Genius Workshop in Shanghai—two bilingual STEAM education centers offering hands-on programs in coding, robotics, animation, and design thinking for children.
