In this role, she was responsible for the overall spectrum of HR management, including the development of HR strategies for the cross-border business and the implementation of internal policies and procedures.

With over 20 years of distinguished experience as a strategic HR leader and executive recruiter across APAC, Jessica is a recognized authority in building and scaling human capital for global enterprises. Her career, which spans Shanghai, Singapore, and Australia, is marked by deep expertise in executive talent acquisition, talent management, and organization development.

A certified expert in multiple psychometric tools—including DDI, Harrison, and Predict Index, and a fluent multilingual professional, Jessica excels at partnering with C-suite leaders to translate business objectives into robust people strategies.

To pursue her personal passion, as a top ranked trainer for London Premium Center in Singapore, Jessica demonstrated exceptional expertise by delivery over 15 specialized courses to the seasoned professionals from a prestigious international portfolio including Saudi Energy, Kuman Petrol PNG, and the bank of Indonesia. Through LPC’s tailored courses, Jessica plays a pivotal role in advancing the skills and strategic capabilities of those prominent organizations, reinforcing both her and LPC’s reputation in global professional development.
