Jana Benakova is a Client Partner at Dr. Kaufmann and Partner, with a focus on senior commercial, industrial and transformational leadership roles across the Czech market.

Jana brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, and executive-level consulting. Having worked closely with CEOs, HR leaders, and executive teams throughout her career, she understands the business challenges organizations face and the importance of appointing leaders who create long-term value.

She has extensive expertise in HRIS, HR software, and digital HR solutions covering the entire employee lifecycle – from talent acquisition and onboarding to talent management and employee development. Throughout her career, she has worked with both local and global technology providers, helping organizations drive HR transformation and business growth.

At Dr. Kaufmann & Partners, Jana combines her commercial background with a consultative approach to executive search. With a belief that successful leadership appointments begin with a deep understanding of a client's business, culture, and strategic ambitions, her goal is to build long-term partnerships and connect organizations with leaders who make a lasting impact.

Jana holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics.
