Ines Bokan successfully translated her professional know-how and experiences gained in the banking sector, advertising, and telecommunications into projects for the development and advancement of human resources in Croatia.

She worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at posao.hr for more than 8 years. Then, she shifted to the Talent Partner position for a globally oriented IT fintech company - Oradian, then continuing to become the Head of Employee Selection and Recruiting for Pevex, one of Croatia's biggest non-food retailers. She later returned to posao.hr as a Lead where she improved sales and team results and upgraded posao.hr's presence in the Croatian market. Ines also held the Vice President and Executive Director positions for more than 7 years at the Croatian HR Network - HR Centar.

Ines has led numerous projects and events focused on human resources, recruitment, employer branding, and HR marketing.

She joined Amrop Adria as a Project Manager for executive search projects.

Her professional areas of interest are business networking and professional development.
