Graziella Capellini is Board Advisor at Amrop Italy.

She joined Amrop in 2022 after 20 years' experience as head of Compliance in major financial institutions such as Unicredit, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.

Since 2014, as Freelance, she acted as senior advisor for consultancy firms such as Accenture and Nike consulting. She supported various financial and fintech companies in setting up and re-engineering their internal control system.

At present she holds roles as independent director and company statutory auditor at asset managers, insurance companies, investment firms, fintech companies.

Graziella has developed a deep knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance, Internal control systems, remuneration, and regulatory related matters in the financial sector.
