Fredy Hausammann is Chair of the Amrop Partnership and Managing Partner of Amrop Switzerland. He joined Amrop as a Partner in 1998, having previously held management positions with UBS in Zurich and London.

Within Amrop, he has previously served as Global Practice Leader Financial Services and is a past chair of Amrop's Nomination and Governance Committee.

Fredy advises clients when it comes to executive and board searches across a number of industries. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master's degree in Management Coaching.

Bevor Fredy Hausammann 1998 als Partner zu Amrop stiess, war er bei der UBS in Zürich und London tätig. Neben seiner Rolle als Managing Partner Schweiz war er zwischen 2009 und 2018 Mitglied der Amrop Gruppenleitung und ist aktuell Global Practice Leader Financial Services. Als Spezialist für die Besetzung von Schlüsselfunktionen in verschiedenen Branchen betreut er auch Mandate in den Bereichen Executive Coaching und Governance Advisory.

Fredy Hausammann, Autor von „Personal Governance“, ist Betriebsökonom und verfügt über einen Master-Abschluss in Coaching und Organisationsberatung.
