Bevor Fredy Hausammann 1998 als Partner zu Amrop stiess, war er bei der UBS in Zürich und London tätig. Neben seiner Rolle als Managing Partner Schweiz leitet er das Nomination and Governance Committee der Amrop Gruppe. Als Spezialist für die Besetzung von Schlüsselfunktionen in verschiedenen Branchen betreut er auch Mandate in den Bereichen Executive Coaching und Governance Advisory.

Fredy Hausammann, Autor von „Personal Governance“, ist Betriebsökonom und verfügt über einen Master-Abschluss in Coaching und Organisationsberatung.

Fredy joined Amrop as a Partner in 1998. He previously held management positions with UBS in Zurich and London. Aside from his local role as Managing Partner Switzerland, he is a past chair of the Amrop Nomination and Governance Committee.

Fredy advises clients when it comes to executive and board searches across a number of industries.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Masters degree in Management Coaching.
