Fiona began her Search career in 2005 in her native Scotland where she specialised in the Public Practice Accountancy market. She then went on to specialise in international relocations and has placed Partners into global markets such as Europe, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore.

Having relocated to Melbourne in 2014, Fiona quickly established herself as a leading Search specialist in the Advisory and Consulting space, facilitating lateral Partner hires and strategic team moves for Big 4 firms, Management Consulting & Strategy firms, and specialist boutiques. She also led the Melbourne office of a global Search Firm for seven years before joining Amrop Carmichael Fisher in 2023.

She has also worked with leading Law Firms, again facilitating strategic Partner hires of both Lawyers and specialist Consulting Partners.

Fiona is passionate about achieving optimal outcome for her clients and candidates alike and is known for her integrity and dedication.

Fiona graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Masters in History and English, speaks German and is passionate about 20th Century European History.
