Before becoming a Partner at Amrop, I spent 4 years leading Board Company in the Netherlands, Belgium and France, where I led a turnaround. That meant tough choices: gradually parting ways with team members who were not performing or did not fit the culture we needed, and making room for a team that could truly carry the new course. So I know from my own experience what leadership demands when it really matters. I bring that perspective to every assignment.

To me, a strong CV is the starting point, not the answer. I look at the stage an organisation is in, what its strategy requires and which team is already in place. Just as much, I look at what drives a candidate and where they can truly thrive. Only when both sides align does leadership emerge that lasts.
