Elin is a Partner in Stockholm and a Member of Amrop's Global Board. She works predominantly within the fields of Board and Leadership Advisory. As the past Co-Leader for Amrop's Global Board Services Practice, she worked on the development of the Board Services offering on a global scale.

She has worked with clients in evaluating and analyzing their board and management teams on group (e.g. Board Evaluations and Management Audits), and individual level (e.g. Leadership Assessments and 360-evaluations). Her core expertise is assessing and identifying potential in leaders and their fit to different companies and contexts.

Elin has a broad understanding of assessment tools and is certified in Talogy’s PAPI 3 (personality tests) and Logiks (capacity tests).

Elin joined Amrop in 2017 and is also Chief of Staff at Amrop’s Stockholm and Gothenburg offices.

She holds a BSc in Human Resource Development and Labor Relations from Lund University and has conducted one year of Sociology studies at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
