I am a consultant at Amrop Jomon Associates, a leading executive search firm in Japan.

Before joining Amrop, I worked at Kokuyo Co., Ltd., where I was involved in designing office spaces and selling office furniture. As a team leader, I worked with my team to develop strategies for client engagement, implemented the PDCA cycle, and managed the progress of client acquisition. These efforts contributed to securing several large contracts, and I was able to achieve the highest sales within my department.

Since transitioning to Amrop Jomon Associates, I have been working as an executive search consultant, helping professionals from a variety of industries find new opportunities with leading Japanese companies. My key strengths are my communication skills and my ability to offer tailored recommendations that align with the needs of both clients and candidates. I joined Amrop Jomon Associates with the goal of contributing to the growth of Japanese companies by leveraging these strengths.
