Claudia Morales joined Amrop in 2003 as Analyst, carrying out market compensation reports, organizational restructuring and general HR consulting activities.

She became Survey Consultant in 2005 and was promoted to Knowledge Manager in 2010, leading the backoffice and continuous improvement processes of Amrop Chile.

Claudia holds a BA in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
