A General Manager with strategic and tactical experience from major commercial, cost and technology related turnarounds in telecom, media, IT and logistic industries. Worked most of the time with growth strategies in markets with fierce competition leading and transforming larger organizations in the entire value chain. Additionally experience from recruitment in the public sector and public owned companies understanding compliance and transparency.

Christoph is specialized in building sustainable high-performance organizations understanding the impact from high skilled people management being able to formulate and execute strategies.

Christoph has board and C-level experience from private equity, listed and private owned companies understanding the cultural fit for different ownerships. He has an extensive network in private organizations and the public sector.

Christoph holds a M.Sc. in International Business from Aarhus University (Aarhus School of Business) and attended professional programs at The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania.
