Graduated from the Department of Humanities and Social Studies, National Defense Academy. Engaged in system design related to welfare of members and their families, establishment of the first child care facility of the Air Self-Defense Force, and personnel and general affairs.

She has experience in managing 80 employees. She retired as Lieutenant　Colonel. Presiding at the Woman In Public Section and the Public-Private Collaboration Lab, she created a place for cross-border communication.
