Cecilia Callmer is a Partner at Amrop, based at the Malmö office, Co-Leader of Amrop's global Life Sciences Practice and a member of the Leadership Services Practice. She executes Executive Search and Leadership Services assignments both nationally and internationally.

Cecilia has more than 20 years of experience in international companies within executive search and assessment, life sciences and FMCG and has worked globally with HR based out of Denmark and Sweden.

Cecilia has strong experience in both small, medium and large pharma in local, regional and global HR management positions and has extensive experience of organisational development, restructuring and change management, leadership, talent and management team development and assessment and organisational culture.

In Executive Search she covers executive roles mainly in the Life Sciences, Industrial and Consumer sectors. From a functional point of view she mainly works with General Management, CHRO, CCO, R&D, CFO, Commercial and senior specialist positions.

In Leadership Services she works with Leadership Assessment, Management Assessment, Individual Coaching, Management Team Development, Leadership Development and Organisational Development. Cecilia has a broad understanding and experience with assessments tools and is certified in 360 degrees tools, Cubiks (PAPI and Logics), SHL (OPQ32 and Verify), People Test Systems (People Test Person and People Test Logic), Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II, Decision Dynamics’s CareerView Profile & Culture Fit, Rosinski & Co’s Coaching Across Cultures and Cultural Orientations Framework (COF), and the Belbin Team Tool.

Cecilia has Bachelor studies in Psychology from Lund University, Sweden, and Master studies in Psychology at Copenhagen University, Denmark, and Bond University, Australia.
