Carola Martel joined Amrop in 2007 as Researcher. Soon after, she was promoted to Junior Consultant until 2009.

In the following ten years, she developed her career as Consultant in other local executive search firms and founded her own, Bsearch, in 2014.

She returned to Amrop in 2018 as Senior Consultant and became Partner in 2023.

Carola has studies in Business Administration from Universidad Gabriela Mistral.

She is fluent both in Spanish and English.
