Carmen Casassus joined Amrop in 1999 as Senior Consultant and became Partner in 2003.

She has more than 30 years in consulting industry. Carmen began her career in Santiago, working in the non-profit sector. Later, she lived for over ten years in Paris, France, where she worked for Tasa International, a highly recognized executive search firm, in different positions and responsibilities.

Carmen holds a Master of Philosophy degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

She is fluent both in Spanish and French.
