Bianca is the Head of Research and a Consultant at Amrop Austria with core experience in consumer and retail, the nonprofit & energy sector as well as financial services & fintech.

Bianca demonstrates over 3 years of experience in the search and selection of specialists and management positions in top & middle management in Austria and in an international context. She has worked with large international corporates, local mid-sized companies as well as family-owned firms and nonprofits.

Prior to starting her career in Executive Search, Bianca spent 7 years in the FMCG industry. She joined the Amrop Austria Team in 2022.

Bianca studied Economics & Management at Vienna University of Economics and Business where she had the opportunity to study and work abroad as part of the international double degree program CEMS (Cooperation of European Management Schools).
