Belgin brings deep roots and experience in business development and team management, coupled with end-to-end project management.

As a senior executive search consultant and partner, she has specialized in C-suite and Director-level recruitment and has a successful track record of 250+ senior-level placements in a wide range of industries including but not limited to banking, retail, industrial, life-sciences, professional services and real estate. She is known for her ability to identify candidates who not only meet technical requirements but will also excel within the organization’s culture. She is an active member of Boğaziçi University Alumni Club and serves as a Mentor in the NextGen Mentorship Program. She is a continuous supporter of special scholarships within NGOs; the Association for Supporting Contemporary Life, Boğaziçi University and Robert College as proud alumna.
