Ana holds a Law degree from UCM and is an ICF-certified Executive Coach, and has partnered with leading IBEX 35 companies at both national and international levels.

Ana's experience stands out in areas such as Energy & Infrastructure, Mobility, Private Equity, Sustainability (ESG) and Industrial. She has led team assessments, internal talent mappings, compensation analysis and development projects for major companies.
