Aleksandar Stevanović is a Partner at Amrop.

He brings over 15 years of experience across management consulting and senior corporate leadership roles in Southeast Europe. He began his career in the United States at Merrill Lynch, before joining PwC in Serbia, where he spent nearly a decade advising companies across FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and banking on strategy, corporate governance, and performance improvement.

He subsequently served as Executive Board Member and Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Nelt Group, a leading distribution and logistics group operating across twelve markets in Europe and Africa, where he led group strategy execution, operational discipline, and performance management.

He later returned to PwC as Director and Consumer Markets Leader for Southeast Europe, leading the firm's consumer sector practice across nine markets.

Aleksandar combines executive experience with advisory depth, bringing a pragmatic perspective to leadership assessment and selection. He is particularly focused on improving decision-making clarity and execution discipline at the leadership level.

At Amrop, he focuses on senior executive and board-level mandates, supporting clients across Serbia and the wider region.

Aleksandar holds an MSc in Financial Management, with an education gained at the University of Niš and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He is fluent in English and Serbian.
