As Managing Partner of Amrop Costa Rica, Adrián leads executive search and board member recruitment for national, multinational, and family-owned business groups.

He has built extensive expertise in the recruitment of senior executives for organizations in the services, manufacturing, consumer goods, technology, and other industries.

Adrian brings over 30 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur, senior executive, and board director. He led the operation of several real estate development companies.

He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, where he also earned a Master’s degree in Economics with an emphasis on Economic Development. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Banco Cathay, Fundación Voces Vitales, and the Advisory Board of Metalco Costa Rica (steel industry). He is also an active member of the Central America Leadership Initiative (CALI), part of the Aspen Institute’s global leadership network.

Outside of his professional commitments, Adrián is an enthusiastic golfer.
