As Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board, assume responsibility for managing the financial wellbeing of the company which includes: financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping and financial reporting.
Particular emphasis is on providing insight and analysis to support the Chief Executive Officer in ensuring that business decisions are grounded in sound financial criteria.
The role and responsibility of the Chief Financial Officer also includes overseeing elements of Procurement and Information Technology functions, and Human Resources (from a strategic level).
