Amrop Malmö Announces New Managing Partner
Amrop Malmö continues its growth path and is delighted to announce that Anna Bonde has been elected as Managing Partner of Amrop Malmö. Marie Högstedt takes the position as Chair of the Board in the firm and remains a Senior Partner. We are also pleased to share that since the beginning of 2023 Cecilia Callmer is elected to Equity Partner and Göran Brittsjö to Senior Partner.
Marie Högstedt joined Amrop Malmö as a Partner in 2003 and has been Managing Partner since 2005. She has been strongly involved in several international projects for Amrop eg. developing the Amrop Values. Since 2017 Marie has been part of the Nomination Committee and since 2020 she has been a Member of Amrop’s Global Board. She is a trusted advisor to senior executives and works on Board-level searches and international executive search assignments, mainly with Industrial, FMCG and family-owned businesses.
Anna Bonde joined Amrop Malmö as a Partner in 2009 after 12 years of living and working in continental Europe. She is a core member of Amrop’s global Consumer & Retail and Professional Services Practices. Anna brings more than two decades of experience advising senior leaders, executives and Boards on search and leadership services, mainly within FMCG, Industrial, Financial & Professional Services and family-backed Private Equity. Anna also serves as a mentor in the Amrop Explorers program.
Cecilia Callmer joined Amrop Malmö as Associate Partner in 2021 and became Partner in 2022. Cecilia is a core member of Amrop’s global Leadership Advisory Practice and a member of the Life Sciences Practice. She has deep expertise in leadership development and organisational transformation, from her previous experience as an HR executive and senior leadership roles in the Life Sciences and FMCG industry. Cecilia serves senior leaders, executives and Boards mainly within Life Sciences, Industrial, FMCG and Private Equity, with executive search and advisory services such as leadership assessments and leadership due diligence across all sectors.
Göran Brittsjö joined Amrop Malmö as a Partner in 2014. He has been with Amrop since 2000, initially as a Consultant in the Stockholm and Gothenburg offices. Göran has extensive experience in executive search for Directors and senior C-suite leaders across Sweden, in the Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Real Estate, Engineering Services and Property sectors.
Bo Ekelund joined Amrop Malmö as a Partner in 2016. He is a core member of the firm’s Digital, Technology and Telecoms practice and engages more and more in the Industrial practice. Bo brings significant transformation and leadership experience from his previous executive and Board roles in the Tech and Industrial sectors, and now serves the firm’s leading national and international clients in this space, recruiting management teams, CEOs and Board members. Bo has also served as a mentor in the Amrop Explorers program.
